From 291 reported actions we built a composite score rather than ranking by the biggest numbers alone. Self-reported impact figures are easy to inflate — documentation is what makes an action real and credible at the United Nations level.
Each factor was normalized on a 0–1 scale across all submissions and multiplied by its weight. Impact values are capped at the 99th percentile before scoring.
