Roles and Responsibilities

The International Youth Conference 14 (IYC14) is set to take place in New York City from Tuesday, September 22 to Friday, September 25, 2026, during UNGA81 High-Level Week. You can learn more at iycforyouth.org.

Volunteers will assist with the following tasks:

• Registration Assistance: Help with participant check-in, manage registration tables, and distribute badges and materials.
• Photos and Videos of the Event: Capture key moments during the conference, including speaker sessions, workshops, and networking activities.
• Set Up: Assist with setting up tables, signage, tech equipment, and other event-related items before the conference begins.
• Clean Up: Ensure spaces are cleaned and organized after each session, as well as at the end of the conference.
• Volunteer Room Maintenance: Monitor, clean, and replenish snacks, beverages, and other refreshments at the designated stations.
• Floater Responsibilities: Be available to assist with miscellaneous tasks that may arise during the event.
